SAMUEL LIPSIUS
Samuel is our German in residence and brings a cross cultural perspective to our company. Born in Germany and raised in Thailand, Samuel is fluent in German, Thai, and English, but has no accent to speak of. This ability to switch between languages serves him well in his role as a site supervisor. While juggling multiple roles he still is clear of his purpose - to make building a home with us as easy and stress free as possible. He oversees our Lancaster projects and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. His friendly personality and listening ear has earned him the respect of our trades and will make your home building process fun and rewarding.
